Type a website.
Get buyers across KSA and the GCC.

Sayyad is an AI outbound sales agent built for the Gulf. It learns what you sell, hunts down the decision-makers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman who need it now, researches each one, writes to them in your name — in Arabic or English — and books the Teams meeting. A person approves every email before it leaves.

Type one website and press the button. This is what comes back, usually within the hour.

Three things generic tools don't have

Built here, not translated here

Segments are proposed around ZATCA, SAMA, CMA, NCA, PDPL and CBAHI triggers; emails follow Gulf etiquette in Modern Standard Arabic or English.

Your name on every email

Prospects see a named salesperson writing from their own Microsoft 365 mailbox — never a tool. And nothing sends before a person approves it.

Your tenant, your data

Deployed inside your own Azure subscription in a KSA region, with an audit trail of every send, reply, export and sign-in.

Eight steps, one hunt.

Sayyad runs the whole outbound pipeline as a system, narrating each step so you always know what it is doing and why.

01

Learns what you sell

Reads your website, names each product and service, lists your competitors.

02

Works out who buys it

Proposes GCC segments with fit scores inside your targeting brief — countries, sizes, personas, never-contact list.

03

Finds those exact people

Auto-selects search criteria, previews match counts, then pulls verified decision-makers from Prospeo or Apollo.

04

Researches each one

Reads the prospect's company, finds one concrete hook, scores the fit — weak fits are never written to.

05

Writes as you

A 3-step sequence in English or Arabic, opening with the hook, signed with your signature, following the rules you've taught it.

06

You approve, Sayyad sends

From your own mailbox, inside Riyadh business hours, under a daily cap. Opens, read time and clicks tracked.

07

Handles the reply

Classifies intent, attaches the right product overview, answers clear replies, escalates the rest to you.

08

Books the meeting

Creates the Teams invite on your calendar when a prospect names a time; offers free slots when they don't.

You watch. You approve. It hunts.

Every action the agent takes appears in a live feed, in plain language. Drafts wait in a review queue where you edit, approve, skip — or tell the agent what to change, and it remembers.

  • Review queue with research beside every draft
  • Coach chat: corrections become standing rules
  • Owner's overview of the whole team, live
  • Emails, opens, read time, replies and meetings per prospect — exportable as PDF

Selling in the Gulf is different. Sayyad was built here.

Generic outreach tools were trained on US SaaS. Buyers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai and Doha decide differently: the trigger is usually a regulation or a Vision 2030 programme, the tone is formal, the language is often Arabic, and the meeting happens on Teams inside a Microsoft 365 tenant.

    • Regulatory triggers, not spray-and-pray

Segments are proposed around what forces a decision: ZATCA e-invoicing, SAMA and CMA governance, NCA and PDPL data rules, CBAHI accreditation.

    • Gulf titles and structures

Search criteria expand into the titles actually used here — Company Secretary, Head of Internal Audit, Director of Digital Transformation — across holdings and subsidiaries.

    • Formal, bilingual, respectful

Emails follow GCC business etiquette. Arabic prospects get Modern Standard Arabic; the reply agent answers in the language the prospect used.

    • Your tenant, your calendar

Sends from your own Microsoft 365 mailboxes, books on your Outlook calendar, joins on Teams. Runs Sunday to Thursday, 9 to 5 Riyadh time.

    • Never-contact by design

Existing clients, partners and competitors are excluded before a search runs; unsubscribes and bounces are honoured automatically.

    • Data stays in the Kingdom

Deployed inside your Azure subscription in a KSA region, with an audit trail of every send, reply, export and sign-in.

    Who Sayyad hunts for

Any B2B company selling into Saudi Arabia and the GCC with a real decision-maker on the other side. Some of the segments it builds on day one:

    Software and technology vendors

ERP, compliance platforms, LMS, AI and cloud services sold to CFOs, CIOs, compliance and HR leaders.

e.g. listed companies needing CMA-compliant whistleblowing · mid-market distributors replacing legacy ERP before ZATCA phase 2

    Professional services and consultancies

Audit, advisory, cybersecurity, PMO and system integrators reaching boards, audit committees and transformation offices.

e.g. NCA-regulated entities preparing for ECC compliance · family groups formalising governance

    Industrial, healthcare and education suppliers

Equipment, accreditation, training and managed services for hospitals, universities and manufacturers.

e.g. private hospital groups preparing for CBAHI or JCI · factories digitising under Made in Saudi

What the first week looks like

    1. Day 1

      Set-up

Sayyad runs inside your Azure tenant. Team members sign in, add their signature and mailbox, load the never-contact list and the company profile.

    2. Day 2

      Targeting brief

You tell it the countries, sizes, personas and industries that matter. It reads your website and proposes segments with fit scores; you edit the criteria and preview match counts.

    3. Day 3

      First segment

Around 25 prospects found, researched and written to. You review every draft, coach the agent on tone, approve.

    4. Days 4–7

      Sending and replies

Emails go out within daily caps from warmed mailboxes. Replies are classified, documents attached, meetings booked; the daily summary lands at 08:00.

Built for selling into the Gulf.

    Targeting brief

Countries, company sizes and types, personas, seniority, never-contact list, language. Blanks are inferred; what you fill in is a hard constraint.

    Match-count preview

See how many people match before any credit is spent. Narrow if thousands, widen if under fifty.

    Research before writing

One concrete hook per prospect and a fit score. Under 55 is never written to.

    Coach the agent

“Shorter subject lines”, “never name AESA”, “for hospitals mention CBAHI” — remembered as rules, applied everywhere, auditable.

    Your voice, your mailbox

Every email leaves from the salesperson's own address with their signature. Prospects never see Sayyad.

    Replies handled

Intent classified, product overview or company profile attached on request, Teams meeting booked, unclear replies escalated.

    Everything measured

Opens, time on screen, clicks, replies, meetings, cost per lead — per campaign, per offering, per person.

    Documents and contacts

Library of overviews and profiles (upload or SharePoint), CSV/Excel import, enrichment, export, PDF thread export.

You pay the providers. Sayyad shows you the truth.

No per-seat licence games. A hunt costs what the underlying services cost — and Sayyad puts the number beside every campaign so you know exactly what a warm lead costs you.

    • Server-side sessions, password policy, lockout, forced password change
    • Ownership and admin checks on every endpoint
    • Mailbox credentials encrypted at rest; Graph or Mailgun need none

    • Full audit log and a Security page for the account owner

    Questions sales leaders ask

Short answers. The full details are in the product and in the security documentation your IT team will receive.

Does Sayyad send emails on its own?
No. Every draft waits in a review queue until a person approves it. After that, sends run automatically within daily caps and Riyadh business hours, and replies are answered only when the agent is confident — everything else is escalated to you.
Where does the contact data come from?
From B2B data providers (Prospeo, Apollo) with verified business emails, or lists you import from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, events or your CRM. Personal addresses are never used, and you can preview how many people match before any credit is spent.
Is it compliant with PDPL and the CMA / SAMA rules we work under?
Sayyad contacts business roles only, records the source and basis for each contact, honours unsubscribes and bounces automatically, and keeps a full audit log. It runs inside your own Azure tenant, so data residency is yours to choose.
    Can it write in Arabic?
Yes. It writes formal Modern Standard Arabic when the prospect or your targeting brief calls for it, and replies in whichever language the prospect used.
    What does the prospect see?
An email from a named salesperson, from their own mailbox, with their own signature. Sayyad's name never appears in outreach.
How do we control what it says?
Tell it in plain language — “shorter subject lines”, “never name a client”, “for hospitals mention CBAHI” — and it remembers the rule, applies it everywhere and shows it on a Rules page you can edit.
What does it cost to run?
Your AI, data-provider and sending costs, which are typically cents per email. Sayyad itself is provided by OSIT to its teams and partners; ask us about a pilot.
